For your product
A feedback board that lives inside your website.
Give users a place to request features, report bugs, vote on open feedback, and discuss each item. Manage the incoming work in KanbanTrack and embed the board with one generated script tag.
Get startedTurn scattered requests into a visible workflow
A feature suggestion in a chat app and a bug report in an email are easy to lose track of. A shared feedback board brings those submissions into the same workflow, where you can move them from Open to In progress and Done.
Users can browse existing requests before adding their own. Voting helps you see which open items interest your visitors, and the comment thread on each item lets them add context while you answer in place; both are signals to consider alongside the effort and impact of the work.

Manage feedback from your private workspace
The embedded board lets visitors submit feedback, vote, and comment without a KanbanTrack account. You sign in to organize that feedback, update its status, and reply — your messages carry an Owner badge, and new visitor comments create notifications. Widget access can be revoked or rotated from the project.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to build a feedback backend?
No. KanbanTrack provides the board, submission handling, voting, and comment threads. Your website needs to support adding the generated script tag.
How does voting work?
Visitors can vote once per browser on each open item. Votes are browser-based, not verified identities; clearing browser data can create a new visitor identity.
Can visitors comment on items?
Yes. Every item has a comment thread that works on the public board and inside the widget in all three display modes. Visitors post with a name only, and your replies are labeled with an Owner badge.
When can visitors comment?
While an item is Open or In progress. Once an item is Done, the thread becomes read-only history, and reopening the item allows comments again.
Can I use the widget on multiple website origins?
Yes. Add up to ten exact allowed origins in the installer. Include the www version separately if your website uses it.
Will my website builder support it?
It must allow custom script tags. Builders that remove scripts or restrict embedded frames may need additional configuration. Sites with a Content Security Policy must allow the KanbanTrack origin for scripts, styles, and frames.
Need private client delivery updates?
Use a client progress board when you want to share delivery status with a specific client rather than collect public submissions.
