Questions, answered

Good to know before your first board.

Who is KanbanTrack for?

KanbanTrack is built for solo builders who need one simple place to manage work, update clients, and listen to product users.

What is the difference between the two project types?

Client Projects give clients a progress board they can follow and comment on. Web App Projects let users submit feature requests or bugs, vote, and join the discussion on each item.

Do clients and users need an account?

No. They open a secure public link or use your embedded widget. Only the project owner signs in to manage the board.

Can clients and users reply to items?

Yes. Every item has its own comment thread. Clients comment on the shared progress board, and product visitors comment on the board or inside your embedded widget. You reply from your dashboard and your messages carry an Owner badge.

Can I turn off a public link?

Yes. Public links and widgets can be revoked or rotated from the project. Old links stop working after rotation or revocation.

How does the website widget work?

Add your website URL, choose inline, floating, or custom-button mode, then copy the generated script tag and paste it into your site. That is the complete installation. There is no SDK or custom backend to wire up.

One board for the work, the clients, and the users.

Share progress with clients, embed feedback in your product, and manage it all from one workspace.

New accounts are created automatically.
