Collect product feedback

Receive requests, bugs, votes, and discussions through a public board or a widget on your website.

Explore the feedback widget

Start with one project.

Use the parts you need. You don’t have to share a board, install a widget, or connect an assistant.

  1. 1

    Create a project

Choose client delivery for your tasks, or product feedback for ideas and bug reports.

  2. 2

    Add your work

Add the tasks you need to do, or collect incoming feedback from your users.

  3. 3

    Share when ready

Create a progress link for clients, or install a feedback widget on your website.

Let your AI assistant help with the work.

Connect your assistant, choose which projects it can access, and approve its permissions. Read-only access is the default. Card changes, new projects, and public replies need your permission.

Read the AI guide

Try asking your assistant

  • “Summarize the outstanding cards in this project.”
  • “Organize these approved tasks on my board.”
  • “Summarize the product feedback and common requests.”

Copy, paste into your assistant, then approve access. Setup depends on the agent app.

A few things to know.

Who is it for?

Freelancers and solo builders who want one place to organize work, update clients, and listen to product users.

Which project type should I choose?

Choose client delivery to plan tasks and share progress with a client. Choose product feedback to collect feature requests, bugs, votes, and discussions from your users. Start with the one that fits your work.

Do clients and visitors need accounts?

No. They can open an active public link or use your website widget. You sign in with Google or GitHub to create and manage projects.

What can my AI assistant access?

Only the projects and permissions you approve. Read-only is the default. Managing cards, creating projects, and posting replies require permission. Replies are visible to clients or feedback visitors with access. You can reduce access or revoke the connection at any time.

Who can see a shared board?

Anyone holding its active public link can see shared card information and discussions. The owner controls management and can rotate or revoke access. Share links only with people who should see that information.
